Refund Policy
1. General
As contributions are made voluntarily toward charitable work, donations are generally non-refundable.
2. Erroneous or Duplicate Payments
If a payment was made in error or charged more than once, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the request.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
